Marianna Fabiano Playground

The Marianna Fabiano Playground is wheelchair and handicapped accessible giving children with disablities a place to play. Marianna L. Fabiano died on October 2014 just short of her fourth birthday.

"Tanya and I lost our youngest daughter Marianna 3 months ago. She was 2 weeks shy of her 4 birthday. Marianna was never able to walk, talk, eat, or breathe correctly but she was able to enjoy being outside for long walks in her stroller. And if Marianna had lived a longer life she would have been in a wheelchair for the rest of her it. So with the help of some family and friends we decided that we wanted to raise some money to build a wheelchair/handicapped accessible playground in Winthrop  Marianna's home town. This playground will give children with disablities and adults with disabilities a place to play.  If you would like to help us build this special playground please donate to the Marianna Fabiano Memorial fund."

Memorial location: William P. Gorman Fort Banks Elementary School
