Baseball game in Ingleside Park. Photo probably taken in 1907 from the top of the new high school. The Pauline Street School is not in the background having burned in 1906. Today, Winthrop's Indoor Hockey Rink and Junior High School addition occupies the infield. Later with the demise of the Railroad the track bed running parallel to home plate and first base would later become the base of what is now Walden Street. (1124 is a copy) |
