Description Chelsea Heights & Chelsea from the Highlands Hill. The curving stone wall is on the edge of Revere St. The present Summit Ave. would be on the left center of photo running vertically. The house was built in 1867 by William B. Floyd. In 1880 it was owned by Thomas & Hannah (Sturgis) Floyd. He was probably the son of William Floyd. The house was moved in 1890 to the north side of Almont St. - near Cross St. - when Ft. Banks was built. It exists today (1987) as #62 Almont St. (W.A. Davis). Photo taken in 1868.
