Michael R. Cellucci was a Winthrop student who
was diagnosed with bone cancer in October 1990. He was an honor roll student who
was very active in sports. He lost his two-year battle with Ewing's sarcoma in
September 1992. He was 14.

Michael was 14 years old when he died on Sept. 25, 1992, just days after his classmates began high school without him. He had be diagnosed at age 12 with Ewing’s sarcoma, a bone cancer, and spent almost two years living and admirable and heroic life before he died..." |
